The next surprise was the announcement of Derrick Phillips moving to our Safety Officer position! Please take the opportunity to congratulate Derrick for keeping the Palmetto Team safe as we render care for others. We’re not done yet, filling Derrick’s role as Area Supervisor is none other than Mr. Rob Lewis!  We would like to welcome Mr. Lewis back into the Palmetto family and look forward to working alongside him as we continue to grow in the Columbia market.

Finally, we get the opportunity to acknowledge those team members who stood out in the month of May for our team.  The Ambulance Pride award for May 2010 goes to Ryan Nichuck and Grayson Richardson!  The Medicab Pride goes to the one and only Donna Parks!  Congrats team on a job well done and taking pride in our image!  Last but certainly not least, Our Associate of the Month for May 2010 goes to…..(insert drum roll here)…Ron Greene! (Loud cheers here) We are confident that everyone who knows or has worked with Ron will testify to his unwavering spirit and great attitude.  We can’t recall a time in which Ron didn’t have a smile on his face!  Thanks for coming in everyday and not only “doing” but “doing” with that enthusiasm that only comes from helping others!
